PURPLE LEGIONNAIRE

The Purple Legionnaire is the principal graduate brother responsible for advising a chapter.

Scott graduated from the University of Richmond in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Sports Sciences. He then went on to get his Masters of Psychology at Springfield College in 2003, and his Masters of Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University in 2013

He most recently worked at a psychiatric hospital here in Richmond until 2019, lived abroad in Toronto, Canada for a brief stint, and now due to COVID-19 is at home with his twin daughters.

SECTION CHIEF

The Section Chief is an Appointed General Officer who is the primary recruiter for graduate volunteers within Phi Gamma Delta's geographical sections. The Section Chief works to see that each chapter has an active Purple Legionnaire, Board of Chapter Advisors and House Corporation.

Francis graduated from Virginia Tech in 2000 as a member of the Rho Alpha chapter of Phi Gamma Delta. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art, then graduated with a Master of Fine Arts in Arts Administration in 2003.

Francis currently works for JLL, managing the art program at Capital One. The collection is installed throughout all of their corporate offices across the U.S. and Canada. In his free time, he enjoys photography and DJ-ing.

Besides volunteering for Phi Gamma Delta, Francis is involved in many other organizations including the Knights of Columbus, the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, and the Association of Professional Art Advisors.
